The North Carolina Certified Sites Program
The North Carolina Certified Sites Program statewide initiative to proactively identify and analyze industrial sites to help speed the creation of jobs and investment in the state. The certification process includes securing committments to support development at specific sites, and proactive analysis of site development costs, environmental issues, and utility service. Certified sites assist those customers looking into "greenfield" sites, saving the client both valuable time and investment dollars in the development process.
